Returns a post with the state of each network, its link once published and its error if it failed. Live reads any post of the Workspace, test a simulated one.

Read a post to track the state of each of its networks: each target moves to published with its permanent link, or to failed with its reason. To be notified without polling the API, register a webhook.

States

State	Meaning
`draft`	Saved, does not go out
`scheduled`	Will go out at `scheduledAt`
`publishing`	Being sent to the network
`published`	Live, with its `permalink`
`failed`	The network rejected it; `error` says why
`sent_to_inbox`	Sent to the network’s app, where the owner finishes it (TikTok)

The post’s status summarizes its targets. It is partial when one network published and another failed.
