Your subscription
What the Sofia subscription includes, how it works and where to find each topic: plans, trial, limits, cancellation, invoices.
The subscription gives access to Sofia, the same app on web and mobile. Sofia takes care of hosting and network connections: you click “Connect a network”, she does the rest. The difference between two accounts comes down to the plan chosen, which sets what you can create.
Is there a free plan?
Sofia offers a free trial, no credit card needed. Its length is shown on the Pricing page. When the trial ends without a plan chosen, the subscription moves to the “Ended” state: “Your subscription has ended: you have the Starter rights.”
Members of an establishment do not subscribe: until the owner has activated a subscription, they see “Your workspace is waiting for its subscription”. See The free trial.

Subscription states
The “Subscription & billing” page shows the state of your subscription. Only the owner can subscribe or manage it.

|---|---|
| Free trial | The trial is running, with no credit card; you can choose your plan whenever you like. |
| Active | The subscription is running; the page shows the next due date. |
| Ending soon | You have canceled: the subscription ends on the date shown and will not renew. |
| Payment needed | The last payment did not go through. Update your card in “Payment methods”. |
| Ended | The subscription has ended: you have the Starter rights. |
| Custom | A Business contract, followed by Sofia’s sales team. |
