Limits and overages

Every Sofia cap, establishments, networks, campaigns, AI quota, media uploads, and how to lift it when you hit it.

Limits come from your plan, and from a few media caps that are the same for everyone. Sofia warns you at the time of the action.

One-off posts are not limited.

Establishments

“Your plan doesn’t allow one more establishment.” To free up a place, delete an establishment you no longer need (it stays recoverable for 30 days). To raise the cap, move to a plan that includes more. See Plans and limits.

Networks

Starter and Autopilot include up to 5 connected networks. To free up a place, disconnect an account you no longer use: “Disconnect…” lists what you lose (advice, scheduled posts, statistics). To connect more, talk to the Sofia team. See Manage a network.

Campaigns

Starter limits campaigns to 7 days and one new one per month; Autopilot goes up to a month, with no limit on number. For a longer campaign or an extra one, change plan.

AI quota

Each plan includes a monthly writing quota. When it is used up, Sofia tells you: you can write by hand until the next month, or change plan. See AI generation.

Upload limits

What a limit message looks like

Sofia names the limit on screen, at the moment you hit it (for example “Your plan doesn’t allow one more establishment.”). The owner can then change plan in “Subscription & billing”; a member lets the owner know.

Losing a limit

Moving to a plan with lower caps changes what you can create. Read Downgrades and cancellation before changing plan.
