Lists each network with its caption, media and format rules, the same ones the sandbox and dry run apply, and whether it is open to the token owner.

Each network has its own rules. Rather than hard-coding them, read them through GET /v1/platforms: the maximum text length, hashtags and mentions, accepted media, formats, and whether the network is open to you.

The dry run applies these same rules before you publish.
