Settings overview
The sections of Sofia’s settings, what they contain, and why one of them may be missing depending on your role or plan.
The settings bring together your account, the establishment, the team, the subscription and the tools that plug into Sofia. Open them from the menu, “Settings” section; the “Search settings” search takes you straight to each one.
The sections
The settings are arranged in four groups: Account, Establishment, Features and Community.

| Subscription & billing | Your plan, your invoices and your payment methods. |
| Connected apps | The AI assistants plugged into Sofia, see The AI connector. |
| Sofia API | Personal keys and app clients, see Developer settings. |
| Referral | Your code, to give AI credits to someone close to you and receive some. |
Why a section is missing
A setting or an action can be missing depending on your role in the establishment and your plan.

Account settings
Preferences
Choose the theme, “Light”, “Dark” or “System”, and the app’s language.
Name, password and deletion
- Name: up to 80 characters. The email address is displayed, but cannot be changed here.
- Password: 10 to 128 characters, with at least one letter and one digit. Changing it signs you out everywhere.
- Delete my account: your networks are disconnected and your scheduled posts are canceled right away. Your data is erased after 30 days, and “Keep my account” restores it until then, with the networks to reconnect.
Connected apps
The AI assistants and apps you have authorized to act on your behalf, with what each is allowed to do and the date of its last activity. Each can be removed in one click, and it loses access immediately.
Review them from time to time, and remove what you no longer recognize or use.
